The room was roomy enough for 2 adults and a small chihuahua. As most european hotel rooms it was on the small size, but the decor was excellent, the bed firm and didn't sag, the drapes were heavy to block out the hot summer sun and the room was air conditioned. Didn't have breakfast but the free coffee was strong as we like it. The cleaning staff were excellent and they were so good to clean the room when we took our dog out and we didn't have to wait hours and hours. Excellent. The front desk Barbara always had a smile and a greeting, answered all our questions. Pierre the night receptionist was also very helpful, spoke very good english too. All in all, a charming small hotel whose staff made one very welcome right in the heart of Montmartre.

We have stayed at Le Relais before hence our return stay. The hotel is a glorious little enclave away from the bustling Montmartre. The staff were all very kind and helpful and upgraded us to a bigger room which was wonderful. The hotel is really nicely decorated in the traditional style and each room is different ,really comfortable and quiet despite being in a busy neighbourhood. The beds were super comfortable with lovely towels and linen. It was also nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room and free coffee in the hotel foyer. There are many supermarkets, fruit shops and bakeries along with many places to eat in the area and it is close to the Blanche Metro. We will happily come back.

The hotel is small, quiet, nicely decorated, and relaxed. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was lovely in an atmospheric room downstairs, always with an amazing tart as part of the offerings. The neighborhood was walkable, filled with shops and cafes, and charming. The room itself was comfortable and well laid out, even if a bit small by American standards, but big enough for us. Super comfortable bed. Heated toilet seat with bidet functions, heated towel rack, well-lighted closet with shelves. Drinking water was supplied in room. These little touches made a difference. Would return.

Le relais Montmartre is a fabulous hotel. Brilliant location, Montmartre is lively bustling area of Paris… by far my favourite. A taste of the old paris with great cafes, bars, restaurants. The hotel is perfectly located. On a fairy quiet street but with it minutes of montmartre main streets and the nearest metro is a short walk away. Staff were so friendly, room was spacious compared to other paris hotels I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Breakfasts were exceptional in their content and presentation - beautifully arranged and delicious, supported by staff who were graciously helpful and friendly. The room was charmingly decorated, exceeding expectations in amenities, size, comfort and cleanliness. The receptionists were extremely helpful with suggestions for dining and with making arrangements for taxis and events. The housekeeping staff did a beautiful job of restoring the room to a welcoming home each day.
